Hi, I am Ina

I was born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany, and life as a military family has taken us across continents. After spending years between the U.S. and Germany. Life eventually brought us to Niceville, Florida, where we finally felt ready to put down roots with our three wonderful children — two girls and one boy.

My journey into photography began in 2012 when I became a mother. I wanted to preserve every tiny detail of my baby — the softness, the squish, the early-day expressions that fade faster than anyone expects. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a calling. Today, I specialize in luxury maternity and newborn photography, creating art that honors your baby’s unique story and the beauty of those first fleeting days.

I’m also the founder of Mamarest, a weighted clothing line designed for mothers who carry an invisible load that often goes unseen. After listening to years of stories from my clients — the overwhelm, the overstimulation, the constant “on” — I created Mamarest to bring grounding, comfort, and emotional relief to moms through thoughtfully designed weighted apparel.

Outside of the studio, I’m all about enjoying the things that make life rich: horses, fitness, anything DIY, and discovering new places with my family. I love 7Brew and Starbucks, and I’ve collected over 100 Starbucks mugs from around the world. Our kids are active in ATA Taekwondo, so a lot of our travels revolve around tournaments now — and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Turning a passion into a business has been one of the biggest gifts in my life. I’m honored to create meaningful, timeless art for families and to connect with mothers through both my photography and Mamarest.
